Christine Neives, RT
I was born and raised in Puerto Rico. I’m a proud mother of two, a girl and a boy, who are my biggest treasure. I'm also a military wife, because of this, we’ve had move across different states, which has allowed me to explore new places and meet new people that became family.
I love board games, photography, baking, spending quality time with my loves ones and watching my kids play their sports. I’ve been an X-Ray Tech for over 10 years, and I’m still fascinated by the field. I’m incredibly grateful that life brought me to Houston and blessed me with the opportunity to be part of this amazing team.
I believe a “positive mindset and strong faith can light the way forward and even inspire others along the journey.”

Maria Aguillar, CMA
I was raised in Holguín, Cuba, a vibrant place known for its warm people and beautiful coastline. Growing up there shaped my values of hard work, compassion, and resilience.
Although I originally studied economics in Cuba, I always felt a deep calling for the healthcare field. After arriving in the United States, I pursued that passion and proudly graduated as a medical assistant and phlebotomist. This career has given me purpose and joy, allowing me to help others and make a positive difference in their lives.
I consider myself expressive, attentive, and deeply connected to the people I serve. I love music, I cherish time with my family, and I continue learning from every patient I meet. Living in this country has strengthened my independence, spirituality, and confidence. “My goal is to keep learning, growing, and becoming the best version of myself, both professionally and personally.”

Neysha Darthard, CPT
I was born and raised in Texas by my mother and stepfather. In 2013, I graduated from Remington College with certifications in Medical Assisting and Phlebotomy. I'm a proud mother of one and have been working in the medical field for 12 years. For the past four years, I’ve been part of the team at Broadway Family Clinic, where I continue to grow both personally and professionally. My favorite activities include spending quality time with my son, whatever he’s into, I’m into and the gym. This year, I plan to return to school to pursue a career in Radiology.
The message I would like to leave behind “Don’t let what others think of you become your reality”

Lexi Ainsworth, Front Desk
I was born and raised in Houston, Texas, and I’m very close with my family and friends. I love spending any free time I have with them, creating memories and enjoying each other’s company. When I’m not with them, I love reading and exploring new parks with my dog.
I recently started working at Broadway Family Clinic as a front desk receptionist. I greet every patient with a warm welcome and assist with checking them in and out, helping ensure they have a smooth and positive experience during their visit.
“I believe every patient should be treated like family — with patience, grace, and a smile.”
